Online Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund. We believe that in order to have the best possible experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping.

For whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase simply fill in the form below and we will sort it out for you. Free returns are only for consumable items not including the below list, does not include large or capital equipment items. We do not accept returns for items that have a short expiry date.

The following products - Gloves, Masks, Gowns, Hand Sanitizer, Alcohol Wipes, Sneeze Guards, Cold Chain, Refrigerated items, Hand Wash, Face Shield, PPE, Any Single use items, vaccines and any High Volume COVID 19 products

Pack your item for collection

Securely pack the item in a box, ready for pickup within 48 hours. Ensure items are in a resalable condition. Please Note: If you’re reusing packaging, remove any old shipping labels or markings.

Tracking details will be emailed to you so you can follow your return to our warehouse

   
Next Steps

Once our warehouse receives your return we will proceed with the returns check and validation. When approved we will notify you via email with your credit note attached.
